Short Information : Rashtriya Military School (RMS) will release the official notification for the Common Entrance Test (CET) Admission 2026 for Class 6th and Class 9th for the academic session 2026-27. The online registration process is expected to start from 10 September 2025 and run until 09 October 2025. The written entrance exam (RMS CET) is tentatively scheduled for December 2025. Eligibility Criteria

  • Class 6th: Passed Class V or be studying in Class V and pass it before the date of admission to RMS. (Both Boys and Girls can apply).
  • Class 9th: Passed Class VIII from a government/recognized school before the date of admission to RMS. (Only Boys can apply).

Selection Process & Fee Structure

Annual Tuition Fee:
• OR & equivalents (Navy/IAF/Ex-Servicemen): ₹12,000/-
• JCO & equivalents: ₹18,000/-
• Service Offrs: ₹25,000/-
• Civilians: ₹51,000/-
• SC/ST: 25% of the fee paid by the respective category.

The Rashtriya Military Schools (RMS) conduct the Common Entrance Test (CET) annually to select meritorious students for Class 6 and Class 9 admissions across its 5 affiliated schools in India.
