Education Qualification:
For Medical Officer: Candidates should have passed recognised Medical qualification in relevant stream included in the First or Second Schedule.
For Dental Surgeon: Candidates should have passed recognized Dental qualification included in the First or Second Schedule and must have registered with State Dental Council.
Application Fees:
General/UR/OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 300 and SC/ST candidates have to pay Rs. 150 through online mode using Net-banking/Credit or Debit Card. Differently Abled Candidates (DAP) don’t have to pay any fee.
